My name is Dr. Rosanne Woods, DHSc and I have been a fitness professional for over 25 years. I have run half marathons, raised 7 kids, and was a chairwoman on an international organization and even I wasn’t prepared for menopause. I felt like my own body betrayed me! The countless hours in the gym, strict dieting, and even I got blindsided. How is that fair?

Eventually I said enough was enough, the world didn’t have the answers for my problems and nobody will talk about the epidemic that has controlled womens lives since the beginning of time!

I decided then I had to get down to the bottom of this.

The hard way.

I decided if the researchers and scientists of the world couldn’t give me the answers I needed, I would do the research myself…

In 2018, I got my Doctor of Health Sciences, I conducted a comprehensive study of over 2500 menopausal women across America, and had my research published in Women’s Midlife Health Journal. I was nominated for Student of the Year, and I had finally figured out how to turn my menopause life into a MenoPositive Life!

But that wasn’t enough.

I knew what I had to do but what about the 4 BILLION other women who have or will go through this too?

 

As a Registered Nutritional Consultant, NASM certified Personal Trainer, Alberta Centennial Award recipient, and Presidential Scholar Award winner, I was tired of women not having the resources they need to enjoy their life. So I spent the past 2 years of my life putting together what I learned over 22 years. Condensing hundreds of pages of research, thousands of hours of my life, into a simple manual that you can turn to when you feel the most vulnerable.
